The concert, which is open to the public, is free to VFW members.

The youth group of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church is conducting a car wash fundraiser at Egypt Shine Car Wash, 4755 Main St.

Enter the code 43310 to purchase the ultimate wash, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the youth group.

Whitehall Lions Club is sponsoring two $500 scholarships for students pursuing postsecondary study, training or service.

Applicants must reside within the boundaries of Whitehall-Coplay School District. Applications will be accepted through April 1, and scholarships will be awarded by April 30.
