The cold winter weather has really kicked in for 2022. Stay safe this season.

When snow shoveling or even snow blowing, remember to take breaks as needed. Dress warmly, and maybe do some stretching before heading outside.

Remember also to keep pets inside during this brutally cold weather, and check on your elderly family and friends to make sure they are keeping warm and staying safe.

Groundhog Day is Feb. 2. This can be a fun winter celebration where we all guess whether Punxatawney Phil will see his shadow, predicting six more weeks of winter, or not. If Phil does not see his shadow, we are destined to have an early spring.
