Frank J. Csencsits, 88, of Northampton, died Jan. 9, 2022. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Polzer) Csencsits.

Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Frank and Rose (Marth) Csencsits.

He was in the U.S. National Guard, Army and Air Force.

He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service, Northampton, until he retired in 1990. He then worked at Whitehall- Coplay School District until 2004.

He was a former recording secretary for the men’s bowling league at the Northampton Leiderkrantz.

He is survived by a son, Frank S. of Northampton; three daughters, Lisa and her husband Steve Elton of Bethlehem, Theresa and her husband Donald Shimko of North Catasauqua and Jeane and her husband Andrew Heist of Saylorsburg; six grandchildren, Devon, Emery, Jorja, Lindsey, Phoebe and Cooper; and a brother, Joseph of Northampton.

He was predeceased by a sister, Rose Stech; and two brothers, William and Edward.
