Theresa C. Mizenko, 93, of Whitehall and formerly of Hazleton, died Jan. 8, 2022. She was the wife of the late Stephen C. Mizenko.

Born in West Hazleton, she was a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Brosky) Vetter.

She was a seamstress and worked in the garment industry most of her adult life.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church. She was active with many committees within the church and school.

She is survived by a daughter, Janet and her husband Warren Berger; and two grandchildren, Stephen Berger of Whitehall and Elizabeth Berger of Atlanta, Ga.

She was predeceased by eight siblings.
