Marie E. Walbert, 93, of Lower Macungie Township, died Jan. 13, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Robert M. Walbert, who died in 2017. Born in Upper Milford Township, she was the daughter of the late Warren Jesse Rothenberger and Beatrice Miriam (Kuhns).

She enjoyed being an Avon representative. She loved feeding deer in the Poconos and spending time with the family and winters in Florida.

She was a member of Solomon’s UCC, Macungie.

She is survived by children, Linda Haberstumpf (Leslie), Barry, Ricky (Alice), William (Pam), Kathy Ladigan (Gary); grandchildren, Craig Haberstumpf, Kristen Shriver, Shannon Strella, Tara Beidler, Shane, Sarah and Jaschell; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Warren Rothenberger. She was predeceased by siblings, Gloria Bernecker, Clarence and Raymond Rothenberger.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will be held noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 19 in the funeral home. Masks are required to attend.
