Harassment

A 44-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Dec. 14, 2021, with alleged harassment following an incident in the 700 block of East Lexington Street, according to Salisbury police.

Aggravated assault

Giovanni Vinicio Luna, 32, of Allentown, was charged Dec. 5, 2021, with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and numerous traffic offenses following an incident in the South Mall parking lot, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.

A 14-year-old male was charged Dec. 10, 2021, with alleged aggravated assault and related charges following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

Theft

Earrings valued at $5,000 were said to be missing by a patient while at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Dec. 17, 2021 and remains under investigation.

A resident at Promedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., alleged $45 was missing from his room, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Dec. 9, 2021 and remains under investigation.

Possession of a controlled substance

Michelle Snyder, 40, of Lancaster, was charged Dec. 16, 2021, with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

Indirect criminal contempt

A 50-year-old male, of Coplay, was charged Dec. 9, 2021, with alleged indirect criminal contempt for violation of a protect from abuse order in connection with an incident at 1245 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police.

Fraud

An unknown person posing as an “FBI” official requested and obtained a large sum of cash in the way of gift cards at Taco Bell fast food restaurant, 3380 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Dec. 9, 2021 and remains under investigation.

A resident of the 800 block of Edward Street discovered an unidentified person accessed his personal information to make unauthorized purchases, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Dec. 14, 2021 and remains under investigation.
