Aurora Linda Weaver, M.S.N., M. Ed, R.N., 80, of Bethlehem Township, died on January 6, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Antonio and Anita (Yascuk) Arias.

She was a 1959 graduate Liberty HS and in 1962 of St. Luke’s School of Nursing. She earned a BSN in 1969 from Moravian College, a M.Ed in 1982 from Lehigh University, and an MSN from Herbert Lehman College of the City University of New York in 1988.

She was a nurse, supervisor, director, and educator; and co-authored the book “Critical Care Nursing Demystified”.

She was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

She is survived by two children, Rhonda Weaver and Ryan and his wife Angela Weaver and their three children, Chloe, Andrew and Anthony Weaver; and a sister, Loretta Arias.
