Marion L. Haas, 85, of South Whitehall Township, died on Dec. 23, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
She was the wife of the late Henry R. Haas Sr., who died in 1993.
Born Aug. 11, 1936, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Clayton C. and Estella M. (Meitzler) Strohecker.
A 1954 graduate of Allentown High School, she was employed at the former Bell Telephone Co. from 1954-58.
She and her husband founded Parkland Bindery Inc. in South Whitehall in 1968 which was in business for 51 years.
A member of Jordan United Church of Christ, South Whitehall, she sang with the choir for 42 years and was choir treasurer for 26 years.
Over the decades of her service, she was the soloist for many church services, weddings and funerals.
Her survivors include sons Henry Jr. and his wife, Eileen, and Eric Haas and his wife, Brenda, all of Allentown; grandchildren Matthew Crilley, and Daneen and Julia Haas; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter Louise Crilley and siblings Ruth Bishop, James Strohecker, Dr. Edwin Strohecker and Carl Strohecker.
