CONTRIBUTED PHOTO Jim and Kathy Hein (center), of Eighth Street, Whitehall, are named the winners of the township's holiday house decorating contest. On hand to name the winners are Whitehall Township Mayor Michael Harakal Jr. and Aziz Atiyeh, of Vintage Barbershop. The contest was promoted by Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce. The idea was suggested and prize money provided by Atiyeh.
