Clifford F. Blose, 90, of North Whitehall Township, died Dec. 14, 2021, in his home.

He and his wife, Lucille L. (Metzger) Blose, were married 67 years.

Born Jan. 19, 1931, in Slatington, he was the son of the late Frederick R. and Helen S. (Frantz) Blose.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War era earning the rank of staff sergeant.

He was a supervisor at the former Trojan Powder Co., South Whitehall Township, for 30 years before retiring.

He was a member of Allen O. Delke American Legion Post 16, Slatington.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by children Nina A. Dresser (Robert) of Allentown, Jody C. Blose at home, Gaye C. Haas (Ronald) of Ironton; sister Marilyn R. Cerrone of Slatington; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

He was predeceased by siblings Richard S. Blose, Lorraine A. Van Norman, and Dorothy H. Breininger.
