Rachel S. Jodry, 90, of Allentown and formerly of Catasauqua, died Dec. 15, 2021, at Cedarbrook, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Curtis E. Jodry.

Born in Lansford, she was a daughter of Lewis W. Ellis and Hattie Mae Nyer.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua.

She is survived by four daughters, Lousie and James Gibson, Kathryn and Craig Hellie, Nancy and Mark Case and Gloria and Ronald Kleckner; two sons, Curtis and Karen and William and Lois; a brother, James Ellis and Sherry; three sisters, Mabel Bonner, Betsy Henninger and Donna Henninger; 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Robert Thomas Jodry; 10 brothers and sisters; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
