There will be early dismissal in Catasauqua Area School District Dec. 23. Catasauqua Middle School students will be dismissed 11 a.m.

Schools will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 2, 2022, for the winter break.

Schools will reopen for classes Jan. 3, 2022.

Catasauqua Community Cares Program is dedicated to helping all families get through this holiday season. C3P can provide breakfast, lunch and snack items for CASD students over the holiday break.

Looking ahead, schools will be closed Jan. 17, 2022, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Jan. 24, 2022, for a teacher in-service day.

Also, CMS students will have an early dismissal Feb. 2, 2022. Students will be dismissed noon.

Then, CASD will be closed Feb. 18-21, 2022, for the Presidents Day holiday.

CMS is seeking two fifth- through eighth-grade yearlong building substitute teachers, at a daily rate of $130. Appropriate certifications are required.
