Kathy Kehs’ art students were honored during the Nov. 17 Northwestern Lehigh School Board meeting.
Kehs, who presented certificates to the students, offers up to nine courses to students each year in the art department.
Four of the groups that were honored include:
·Intro to Drawing and Painting; Tessa DeJesus, Labrador painting; Claire Krivenko, pair of skeleton drawings; Hannah Schwartz, pair of skeleton drawings.
·Drawing and Painting Studio; Jennifer Behm, Woman painting.
·Intro to Ceramics and Crafts; Paige Appleby, pillow; Bailey Murray, Pennywise puppet; Catherine “Cassie” Browning, gingerbread door tile; and Kaitlyn “Katie” Browning, door tile with topiary.
·Ceramics and Crafts Studio; Gabby Gober, butterfly mobile book sculpture; Kaylee Konyak, pottery container with vines.
