PFA violation

A 36-year-old male, of Nescopeck borough, was placed into custody for violation of a protection from abuse order after allegedly failing to abide by a court order not to contact a person at a location in the 6600 block of Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Retail theft

Two people entered CVS Pharmacy, 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township and allegedly removed 59 miscellaneous medications, valued at $1,850.91, from a store aisle between 4:45 and 4:53 p.m. Oct. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. One person placed the medications into a bag carried by the other person and they left the store without paying for the items, triggering the store alarms. The pair fled the area in a gray sport utility vehicle, according to state police.

Harassment

A 29-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with harassment after he allegedly drove a vehicle while a passenger in the car he was driving was halfway out of the vehicle in an incident in the 4800 block of Liberty Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 p.m. Sept. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Figelsville.
