Catasauqua Area School District Superintendent Robert J. Spengler has announced that face coverings are no longer mandatory, due to the recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision. Face coverings are strongly encouraged but are now optional for both staff and students throughout CASD facilities.
The federal order still requires masks/face coverings on public transportation and remains in effect for all school transportation.
