Simple assault

A 34-year-old male, of Reading, was charged with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Nov. 11, according to Salisbury police. A warrant was issued.

A 55-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 2000 block of Woodside Court Nov. 13, according to Salisbury police. A summons was filed.

A 17-year-old-female was charged with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Nov. 18, according to Salisbury police.

DUI

Cheryl Ann Cusati, 51, of Coopersburg, was charged with alleged suspicion of driving under the influence and no passing zones following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Pike Avenue Nov. 16, according to Salisbury police. Cusati was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Diane Louise Pingarelli, 51, of Allentown, was charged with alleged suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on right side of roadway following a motor vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Honeysuckle Road Nov. 13, according to Salisbury police. Pingarelli was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Theft

A person at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, told police he had $17,000 in a vest pocket when the vest was turned over to the hospital when he arrived at the hospital after feeling ill, according to Salisbury police. The theft was reported Nov. 8.

A resident of the 1400 block of Seidersville Road learned an unauthorized person cashed a $2,200 check, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Nov. 14 and remains under investigation.

Trespass

A 26-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for alleged trespassing after he remained inside an area where he was not licensed or privileged to be Nov. 17, according to Salisbury police.

Tobacco at school

A 16-year-old-male was charged with alleged prohibited use of tobacco in schools following an incident in the Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., Nov. 19, according to Salisbury police.

Harassment

A 13-year-old-female was referred to the community justice panel following an incident on a bus carrying students to the Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., Nov. 18, according to Salisbury police.
