Leighton Yarnall-Adduce, 39, of Allentown, died Dec. 8, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest after a courageous battle with a very rare salivary cancer. At the time of her death, she was surrounded by her husband of 18 years and soul mate, Derrik Adduce, her best friend and sister, Anna and her parents. Born in Bryn Mawr, she was the daughter of Charlton and Marylou (Butler) Yarnall.
She is survived by her husband; parents; a sister, Anna and her husband, Maj. Nathaniel Edkins; nieces, Lillian and Charlotte Edkins; a nephew, Jameson Edkins; maternal grandmother, Eileen Butler; paternal grandmother, Jean Yarnall; beloved cats, Irina, Nyx and Nova; many much-loved aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Whitney Yarnall.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Dec. 17 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A calling period will be held 10:30 to 11 a.m. Dec. 17 in the funeral home.
