Joyce E. Williams, 96, of Whitehall, died Nov. 29, 2021, in the health care center at Phoebe Home, Allentown.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late William and Annie (Moyer) Williams. She was raised by an aunt and uncle, the late Sarah and George Eckroth.

She attended Catasauqua High School.

She was employed with the former Allen Laundry and the Allentown State Hospital.

She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

She is survived by nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by six siblings, Alice Fenstermaker, Dorothy Gogan, Evelyn Heberly and Robert, Harold and Russell Williams; and a niece, Nancy Novotny.

Services will be private.

Contributions may be made to the church, 3355 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, 18052; or to a charity of one’s choice.
