Fullerton: Wreaths to be placed Dec. 18
On Nov. 29, the Whitehall Active Community Center donated $225 to Wreaths Across America, sponsored by Lehigh Valley Aging in Place. LVAIP matched funds up to $1,000.
The wreaths will be placed on the graves of fallen veterans Dec. 18, starting noon, at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Hanover Township. All volunteers are welcome to help place the wreaths.
Recently, the Whitehall Active Community Center was awarded a grant of $1,000 from LVAIP. Part of the money was used to train board members and class instructors in CPR and the proper use of the center’s newly purchased AED.
