Dolores Zimmerman, of Fellowship Community, Whitehall, and formerly of Allentown and Macungie, died Nov. 29, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Luther D. Zimmerman.

Born in Memphis, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Jere R. and Wanzie M. (Nance) Alexander.

She was a secretary for the Veterans Administration in Washington, D.C., for three years before retiring in 1952.

She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Allentown, and a former member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Alburtis, where she served on the crafter committee.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 298, Macungie.

She is survived by two daughters, Susan K. Foster of Allentown and Donna L. Maldonado of Macungie; a twin sister, Dianne Wright of Asheboro, N.C.; and twin grandsons, Kevin and Matthew Teller.

She was predeceased by a brother, Danny Alexander.
