Bernard Charles Nemeth, 70, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 30, 2021, at his residence.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Mary (Wechsler) and Joseph Nemeth.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in education, focusing in biology, from Kutztown State Teachers College. He later earned a master’s degree in education from Temple University.
He taught science for seven years at Nitschmann and East Hills middle schools. He was then a general manager for the former Eichler’s Wood Products, Laurys Station, for 19 years. He was the quality, safety and administration director at Oldcastle Easton, for four years.
He was a member of Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, Bethlehem.
He is survived by a brother, Thomas Nemeth and his wife Maryann of Slatington; nieces; nephews; grandnieces; and grandnephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph; and two sisters, Magdalene Altemose and Agnes Verenna.
