John A. Pinter, 78, of Hickory Hills, Moore Township, died in his home on December 8, 2021. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Alexander and Marie (Frang) Pinter. He was the husband of Jean D. (Muffley) Pinter for 45 years.

He was a machinist for many years at B. Braun, Fuller Company, and later Lehigh University before he retired.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Colleen Pinzon (Hector) of Virginia and Holly Pinter (Michael McShane) of Hellertown; a stepson, Donald A Scheib Jr. of Beersville; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by James Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
