Scott Phillip Shenyo, 52, of Whitehall, died Oct. 26, 2021.

Born in Somerville, N.J., he was a son of Jane Ann (Smith) Salnicky and the late Warren G. Shenyo.

He was a 1987 graduate of West Hazleton High School. He attended Berklee College of Music, Boston, Mass. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American studies.

He worked at Music Mart Inc., State College. He later was a sales agent at Hartford, Whitehall. He also worked for Advanced Disposal.

He was a drummer with the worship team at Egypt Community Church.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Casey and Mackenzie; and two sons, Luke and Ethan.

Services will be private.
