Matthew Ryan Vasquez, 21, of Allentown, died Nov. 21, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Jolene (Weiner) Seng and Carlos Vasquez Jr.

He was a 2018 graduate of William Allen High School.

He was a utility worker for St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown, for the past six months.

He was a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Catherine of Siena, Allentown.

In addition to his mother and her husband David Seng of Allentown and his father and his wife Stephanie of Kutztown, he is survived by a sister, Makayla Vasquez of Allentown; three stepbrothers, Zachary, Nicholas and Alexander Seng; a maternal grandmother, Tonya Weiner of Northampton; a paternal grandfather, Carlos Vasquez Sr.; and three paternal grandmothers, Marlene Phillips, Patsy Vasquez and Pam Unger.
