Adolph J. Ebner Jr., 79, of Northampton, died Nov. 26, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Irene (Luisser) Ebner for 58 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Adolph J. and Theresa (Pinter) Ebner.

He was a 1960 graduate of Northampton High School. He was a member of the football, wrestling and track teams. As a senior, he was the District 11 wrestling champion with an undefeated season.

He worked for General Electric/Black and Decker for 25 years and Penn Engineering for 17 years.

He was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Richard; two daughters, Eileen Butler with Diane Fischl and Rosalie Davis with Robert Neal; a son, John Ebner with Janet; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
