Mildred “Millie” Macasevich, 94, formerly of Bethlehem, died Nov. 27, 2021, in her home in Whitehall. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of Stojan and Mary (Beckage) Marinkovich. She was the wife of the late Andrew A. Macasevich.

She graduated from Liberty HS.

She was a homemaker.

She bowled with the Hungarian Catholic Club Women’s Bowling League. She attended the Northampton Senior Center.

She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Macasevich of Naples, Fla.; a daughter, Dawn (Macasevich) Saganowich and spouse Francis “Fritz” of Hokendauqua; and a son, Andrew P. Macasevich and fiancee Calli Ginthner of Northampton; five grandchildren, Amy (Saganowich) Kern and spouse Benjamin, Rachel (Saganowich) Paashaus and spouse Tim, Adam Macasevich, Alexa (Macasevich) Cabrera and spouse Jose and Mackenzie Macasevich; eight great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, George Macasevich and his wife Florence of Bethlehem; nieces; nephews; and extended relatives.

She was predeceased by a son, Georgie.

A celebration of life picnic will occur in the spring of 2022.
