H. Yolanda Elek, 91, of Macungie, died Nov. 23, 2021, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus. She was cared for by her family for many years at home. She was the wife of John W. Elek. They would have been married for 70 years next October. Born in Uniontown, she was a daughter of the late Steven and Helen (Adamovich) Blazek.

She volunteered at the former Allentown Hospital.

She was an unselfish, giving person who cherished spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Douglas, of Macungie; a daughter-in-law, Debbie, of Wescosville; granddaughters, Emily and Elizabeth. She was predeceased by a son, David, in 2013.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
