Eileen C. Ford, 59, of Wescosville, died Nov. 29, 2021, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. She was the loving wife of Douglas Ford for 35 years. Born in Derby, Conn., she was the daughter of the late Dr. Charles and Louise McCarthy Connors.

She was an optician at Shepherd Hills Eye Care, Wescosville.

She was best known for her quick wit and unwavering loyalty to those she loved. As high school sweethearts she and her husband set the bar high for relationship goals in the family. She always made time to coach sports teams, chaperone field trips and always had a word of advice and encouragement for friends. The fondest family memories were often set around the dining room table, laughing and enjoying one of her many delicious meals.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Michael and his wife, Amanda; a daughter, Devin and her husband, Michael Skupnick; a sister, Cheryl Connors; a grandson, Gavin Skupnick.

A memorial Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Dec. 28 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown. A calling hour will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Dec. 28 in the church.
