Larry C. Jasper, 82, of Allentown, died on Nov. 20, 2021, in his home.

He and his wife, Carolyn A. (Creyer) Jasper, were married 63 years on Nov. 15.

Born June 13, 1939, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Robert Jasper Sr. and Ruth (Conrad) Jasper.

He served on the USS Tarawa and received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.

He was a truck driver at Monarch Precast Concrete Corp., Allentown, for 38 years before retiring.

He also was a security guard at Cedar Crest College in Allentown for 22 years.

He was a member of Egypt Community Church, Whitehall.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children David L. Jasper and his wife, Marlene, of Allentown, Gary M. Jasper and his wife, Wanda, of Slatington, Holly E. Frederick of Allentown; sister, Susan, wife of the Rev. Edward Unangst of Germansville; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by siblings Robert Jasper Jr. and Judy Sojtori.
