Petro Kapustiak, 86, formerly of Emmaus, died Nov. 23, 2021. He was the husband of Anna M. (Sabroski) Kapustiak. They celebrated 61 years of marriage. Born in Ukraine, he was the son of the late Michael and Maria (Iwanonkiw) Kapustiak.

He was a foreman at Stroh’s Brewery until retiring.

He was a member of St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite, Bethlehem.

He is survived by his wife; children, Patricia and her husband, Boyd Kahler, Mary, Peter and his wife, Rebecca and Anna Marie; grandchildren, Dustin, Alex and Joseph; brothers, John, Andrew and Steven.

Services: Office of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Dec. 3, at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite, 1826 Kenmore Ave., Bethlehem, 18018. A viewing will be held 9:30 to 10 a.m. Dec. 3 in the church.
