PRESS PHOTO BY JIM MARSH Dustin Grow, director of fire services for Salisbury Township, leads a Nov. 23 review of the Nov. 16 fire that destroyed a wing of a mansion at 3015 Barrington Lane, in the western portion of the township. More than 60 fire officers and firefighters from the eight fire companies that responded to the fire met at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church to review their contributions to the firefighting effort. Such after-action reviews are common when a first responder is injured. Two Cetronia Fire Department firefighters suffered burns and traumatic injuries when they had to bail out from the second floor of the burning structure. The fact-finding session was moderated by William Sames, Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company assistant chief, who was one of the fire company officers involved in the firefighting effort.
