Donald L. Steigerwalt, 82, of Northampton, died Nov. 7, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice, Allentown. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Schappell) Steigerwalt for 65 years.

Born in Weissport, he was a son of the late Luther and Pauline (Mertz) Steigerwalt.

He was in the U.S. Air Force.

He was the former owner and operator of the Pinecrest Inn, Mechanicsville.

He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Cindy L. and her husband Dennis Harakal of Egypt; a son, Michael D. and his wife Caryn Steigerwalt of Newburgh, N.Y.; a brother, LaMar and his wife Carole Steigerwalt of Montana; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Rick D. Steigerwalt.
