press photo by dana grubb In colder weather the “Hands of Children” sculpture in front of the Bethlehem Area Public Library will have gloves and scarves left for those who made need them. Recently someone left a pair of boots for another who may need some footwear. The sculpture was donated by the late Linny Fowler and her husband Beall in 2002, and was created by local sculptor Ben Marcune.
