Applications for the Lehigh Carbon Community College Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) associate degree program are being accepted until Feb. 1, 2022.

Prospective students must complete an application for admission to the college, followed by the application to the PTA program. Transcripts of academic records are required.

Prospective students must complete a placement test, unless they qualify for a waiver, and successfully complete an interview with the admissions committee. A minimum grade point average of 2.2 is required to be in the program.
