The Little Shoppers’ Village at the Liberty Bell Museum, 622 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, will be available noon to 4 p.m. creating the perfect family outing to shop and continue the Christmas tradition which came to Hess’s in Allentown in 1962 with Pip: The Mouse Before Christmas puppet show 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. Masks are required. There is a charge for museum admission. Children 4 and under are free. Also open Nov. 27, 28 and Dec. 4.
Nov. 30
Hivel Und Dahl Preservation Society quarterly meeting will be held 7 p.m. at the Upper Milford Township Building. Larry Roeder, editor of Town & Country, will present the program, “Whistle Stops – Stations along the Perkiomen Railroad.” Ride along the rails of the Perkiomen Raillroad from Collegeville, Montgomery County, to Emmaus in Lehigh County and visit the different train stations along the way. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Friends of the Emmaus Public Library will host its annual holiday book sale 6 to 8 p.m. Items available will include recent fiction and nonfiction books, holiday cookbooks and craft books, puzzles, music CDs and movie DVDs, Dan Schantz Monthly Madness cards and more. Refreshments will be available. Purchases are cash or check only. Masks are required.
Dec. 4
Old Fashioned Christmas in Emmaus. The event will include live reindeer, kids activities (4-7 p.m.), Cheers Trail (noon to 5 p.m.), visits with Olaf, Anna and Elsa, hayrides, musical performances, a mistletoe kissing booth and photos with Santa. Bethel Bible Fellowship Church, 418 Elm St., Emmaus, will hold its annual Christmas community dinner 4 p.m. The free event will include dinner, entertainment and door prizes. For more information or to make a reservation before Nov. 29, call 610-965-2682.
