Joshua Q. Kressler, 42, of Northampton, died suddenly Nov. 10, 2021, in Allentown.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late James Q. Kressler and Patricia A. (Peters).
He was a 1997 graduate of Northampton High School.
He was in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Persian Gulf and earned the rank of corporal.
He was employed by various construction contractors over the years.
He attended St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Northampton.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Emilie (Schoener) Peters of Northampton; a stepmother, Robin (Mahaletz) Kressler of Allentown; a stepfather, Ron P. Knopf of Northampton; two sons, Everett and Dawkin Kressler of Phoenixville; a sister, Kippie Kressler of Allentown; three brothers, Jon and his wife Chantelle Leshko of Center Valley, Zack Kressler of Allentown and Adam Knopf of Northampton; a niece, Cambria Leshko; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
