James D. Rondish Sr., 91, of Allentown, died Nov. 6, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospice. He was the husband of the late Virginia “Ginny” (Bundra) Rondish.
Born in Hokendauqua, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Krivenskie) Rondish.
He was in the U.S. Army National Guard, Indiantown Gap.
He worked at Lehigh Valley Dairy and then was a maintenance foreman for Mack Trucks until he retired.
He was a longtime member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown.
He is survived by a daughter, Deborah and her husband Bruce Weaver of Fogelsville; a granddaughter, Kristy and her husband Brett Schaedel; a grandson, Brandon Rondish; three great-grandsons, Ian, Blake and Hollis; a stepgrandson, Bruce; a stepgranddaughter, Stacey and her husband Larry Stauffer; and two stepgreat-grandsons, Benjamin and Larry.
He was predeceased by a son, James; and two brothers, Daniel and Albert.
Services will be private.
