David Polak, 60, of Bethlehem, died November 9, 2021. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of Mary Grace (Cervellini) and the late William P. Polak.

He was a 1978 graduate of Saucon Valley High School, where he was a member of the 1976 PIAA State Championship wrestling team.

He was a roofing contractor and operated Leamon Roofing.

He was an amateur pilot and a story teller.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Jayne Ann Bergeman and spouse James; a brother, Matthew Polak and spouse Alexandra; an aunt, Jennie Phillip; three nieces, Julia Bergeman, Emma Polak and Isabella Polak; and a nephew, Nicholas Bergeman.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ettore and Jenny Cervellini and Stephen and Anna Polak.
