Ryan Hampton will speak on “Unsettled: How the Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy Failed the Victims of The American Overdose Crisis” at 6 p.m. on November 16 in the ArtsQuest Center, SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way. There will be a Q&A at 7 p.m. The cost includes includes a hardcover copy of the book and book signing, networking and parking.
The author is in recovery from a decade-long opioid addiction. He was co-chair of the official creditors committee representing victims in the Purdue Pharma LP bankruptcy case. An alumnus of the Bill Clinton White House, he worked with multiple non-profits and national recovery advocacy campaigns.
