With unofficial results in for the Nov. 2 Municipal Election, the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office shows Democrat Sunny Ghai in the lead for the six-year seat on the Upper Macungie Board of Supervisors.

Ghai garnered an unofficial 2,949 votes for 51.72 percent of the total.

Republican Sean Gill received an unofficial 2,748 votes for 48.19 percent of the votes cast.

Mail-in votes remain to be counted.
