Eleanor Ruth Kistler, 92, of Allentown, died Oct. 26, 2021, in the home of her daughter, Debra A. Eck of Pemberton, N.J.

She was the wife of the late Marvin C. Kistler.

Born July 4, 1929, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Clinton H. and Esther Sarah (Kern) Best.

She was a housekeeper for many years.

She enjoyed retirement working in her flower gardens and spending time with family and friends.

She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

Her survivors include daughter Debra A. Eck of Pemberton; son Rodney J. Kistler and his wife, Becky, of Kempton; and grandchildren Zachary Kistler and Jennifer McNeely.

She was predeceased by siblings Paul C. and Henry F. Best, Christine E. Sauerwine, Betty A. Beidler and Dorothy M. Correll.
