Republican Debra K. Gouldy A few years ago, Dennis Gouldy the current tax collector considered retirement. I, Debbie Gouldy, was named and approved by Emmaus Borough council as deputy tax collector. I have completed the requirements and served as deputy tax collector for over two years. I have worked in the local banking industry for many years and was employed by the former East Penn Bank. I am a volunteer crossing guard and worked the polls on Election Day for almost 30 years. Being involved in the community is a way of life, not just a job. Please remember me on Election Day.
