The event featured visits with the EHS Hornet mascot, a memorial display honoring classmates and a digital slide show of yearbook photos. The Emmaus High School Hornet is a special guest at the 60th reunion of the Class of 1961 Oct. 4. Andrew Nyemscek accompanied the EHS Hornet to the event as the mascot's handler. “It's my first day on the job,” Nyemscek said.

Perry Moyer, a member of the William Allen High School Class of 1969, chats with Sharon Fishburn Koehler, Emmaus High School Class of 1961. “I celebrate the fact that I am here,” Koehler said. Moyer started attending the EHS reunions with Koehler in 2016. “I drag him along,” Koehler joked. More than 60 alumni were expected at the reunion event.
