Dolph M. Wechsler, 74, of Coplay, died Oct. 13, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. He was the husband of the late Peggie Wechsler.

Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Adolph and Helen Wechsler.

He was a 1964 graduate of Whitehall High School.

He served in the U.S. Air Force.

He was employed as a heavy equipment operator, coded welder, stock car mechanic and was involved in the Coplay Sports program, which included coaching Knee-Hi baseball for 17 years.

He is survived by two sons, Russ and Dolph E.; three grandsons, Nate, Garrett and Christian; and a daughter-in-law, Amy.

He was predeceased by a sister, Carol Sommers.

Funeral services are private.
