DUI

A 25-year-old male, of Wescosville, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Wild Cherry Lane and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:57 a.m. Sept. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Harassment

A 38-year-old male, of Alburtis, allegedly struck a 66-year-old male three times in the face while the older man was walking his dog in the area of Heritage Drive and Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:50 p.m. Oct. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The younger male allegedly turned his vehicle quickly onto the road where the older male and his dog were crossing the street, nearly striking them. An argument between the men then escalated.

A couple was charged with alleged harassment after a dispute escalated in the 1100 block of Grange Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:49 p.m. Oct. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 35-year-old female allegedly struck a 40-year-old male several times during a fight over property. The male caused a disturbance while outside the residence, allegedly smashing windows and destroying personal property.

A 13-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly pushed two 13-year-old females down a staircase at Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, during an altercation Sept. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
