Endangering the welfare of children
Ruth Wattley, 27, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 4 with allegedly endangering the welfare of children, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incident in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police. Wattley was transported to the St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill and then to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Receiving stolen property
Seth Evan Kramer, 21, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 2 with alleged receiving stolen property involving a vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, disorderly conduct and numerous traffic offenses following an incident in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street, according to Salisbury police. Kramer was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Terroristic threats
A 57-year-old male, of Whitehall, was charged with alleged terroristic threats and harassment following an incident in the 800 block of East Paoli Street, according to Salisbury police. A warrant was issued.
DUI
A 39-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged Oct. 3 with allegedly driving under the influence following an incident in the 1400 block of Seidersville Road, according to Salisbury police. The male was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Possession of a controlled substance
A 32-year-old female, of Kempton, was charged Sept. 30 with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.
Theft of services
A 23-year-old male, of Montclair, N.J., was charged Sept. 28 with alleged theft of services following an incident at Midas auto repair shop, 3141 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.
Thefts from vehicles
A wallet and walkie talkies are among items removed from vehicles parked at Waldheim Park, according to Salisbury police. The thefts were reported Oct. 7 and remain under investigation.
Harassment
A 50-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 30 with harassment following an incident in the 1300 block of Garden Avenue, according to Salisbury police.
Unauthorized use of an automobile
A 31-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with alleged unauthorized use of an automobile following an incident at Porsche of the Lehigh Valley, 3401 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.
Attempted theft
Individuals allegedly were attempting to steal wheels and tires from vehicles parked at the Vinart Reconditioning Center, 3143 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 3 and is under investigation.
Theft
A 48-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 7 with alleged theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake following an incident at South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.
Potted plants were removed in the area of the 1000 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 8.
