The Whitehall Zephyr varsity football team will travel to Nazareth Oct. 22 to take on the Blue Eagles. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Ironton Rail Trail volunteers will be hosting a free fall historical walk 9 a.m. Oct. 23. Meet at the Whitehall Parkway Barn on Chestnut Street, west of MacArthur Road.

Enjoy seeing historical landmarks and buildings, and remember to bring water.

No registration is necessary.

Whitehall Township will hold trick or treat 6-8 p.m. Oct. 29. The rain date is set for Oct. 30.

If you wish to participate, turn on your porch light.

Take special care when driving through our neighborhoods on this night as many children and their parents will be out and about.

There is still time to catch a Haunted Hayride in the Parkway, which takes place 7-11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays in October at Whitehall Parkway, 4689 S. Church St. Get into the Halloween mood, and enjoy a fun ride through the parkway with lots of scares!
