Administrators report there was no call or threat made - a patient, 44-year-old Brian James Kunsman from Philadelphia. arrived at the ER with a pipe bomb in his backpack. This was no threat made or implied. It is reported that police said the man was transported to the hospital around 7 a.m. after suffering an injury in a car accident in Lower Saucon Township. While still investigating the incident, police said it appeared the man may have simply forgotten its presence, but he will almost certainly be facing a charge of possessing a weapon of mass destruction.
