Doris L. Rumble, 84, of Emmaus, died Oct. 5, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Rumble. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. and Ella R. (Heater) Schmoyer.

Before retiring, she worked for Allen Organ for 37 years.

She was a member of Longswamp U.C.C., Mertztown.

She will be remembered for her love of playing bingo, going to the casinos and crocheting for various charities, especially Lehigh Valley Hospital.

She is survived by daughters, Gloria J. and her husband, Dennis Hertzog, Debra K. fiancée of the late John Shotko, both of Bethlehem; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Paula Brensinger, of Wescosville. She was predeceased by a son, Keith A. Brensinger, a brother, Clarence H. and a sister, Betty Drey.
