World Stories Program, ages three to eight with an adult. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Presented by Moravian University. English and the featured language (Columbia) readings of Cuentos Pintados/Painted Tales, read by Dr. Claudia Mesa, Professor of Modern Languages and Literatures at Moravian University. Make paper flowers to celebrate the Annual Flower Festival in Medellin, Columbia. In the garden near the tea house or on the porch if there is rain. We will provide mats for seating or bring a blanket from home. Masks are a must for all in attendance.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate or SwitchTournament, grades six to 12. Controllers are provided or bring your own Switch controller. An Evening with Bethlehem native Bill Mayberry. Talk, book signing with co-author Geoff Gehman, former Morning Call arts writer. His memoir “Fast Women & Slow Horses” is an account of his life as a race-horse owner, restaurateur, barbecue mogul and bartender/partner at one of the first hot singles bars in ’60s swinging New York City. 7 to 8 p.m. Social distancing and face masks required.
